M-S-I Spółka Cywilna with its registered office in Katowice and Warsaw is a consulting company established to create the best possible conditions for cooperation with Polish clients.

M-S-I is a team of consultants whose experience in the field of ERP systems dates back to 1996, when steps were taken to prepare for the implementation of the integrated management system Manufacturing Knowlegde 7.0, compliant with the ERP standard. by Computer Associates Int. Inc.

M-S-I is currently, and since 1999, prospering in the area of consulting in the field of improving economic processes of finance, distribution, production and human resources management using products from SAP A.G.. The company develops rapidly. It offers to the end-user the consulting, projects management, integration, training and service.

The Headquarters of M-S-I is placed in Katowice, Silesia the heart of Poland’s industrial, commercial and business center. The company acts through its Warszawa branch office. The offices are placed close to customer and they are operationally independent. They react to customer needs immediately. On the other hand they are strongly related to the Headquarters and execute central contracts together. Consultants and experts in different branches form special task groups and their knowledge can be put in the best possible use. Such a group has all qualifications needed to execute the task and independently solves the most complicated problems.

The quick development of the firm and the growth of the quality of the offered services were the reason of preparing to enter to NewConnect – not regulated market in the meaning of EU law and Polish legislation on Warsaw Stock Exchange. In this way M-S-I will receive the new capital for the further development.

M-S-I co-operates with Polish universities and research institutes: Politechnika Śląska, Politechnika Warszawska.

Staff
M-S-I owes such a serious organizational and financial growth mainly to the high qualified staff. It is a group of young, very well educated people who are emotionally engaged in company operations. 80% of them have a university degree and 20% are consultants with the exclusive certification from SAP. The group of SAP consultants in M-S-I develops very quickly and is composed of twenty people now.

We have selected SAP for our clients, a solution that has a 34% international market share for solutions in the ERP class. The SAP system was created 30 years ago. Since then, software producer together with its partners has been working on adapting this system to market requirements. There are 12 million users on the market and over 60,000 installations, thus such a large market share guarantees a high level of security and guarantees system development. Existing clients demand new solutions and each year SAP AG allocates 17% of revenues toward research and development. SAP has prepared 23 sector solutions while partners have developed numerous pre-configured models. This has allowed a significant reduction of costs and has opened the door toward small and medium-sized firms.
